Inspired by the prestigious Riusuke Fukahori, Keng Lye utilizes Riusuke’s technique to create 3D still life with stratified resin, building his aquatic pets layer by layer with each new coat containing a small painted piece of the illusion. The end result is a multi-dimensional photorealistic painting existing on myriad planes yet always beyond touch.
